Getting Started
SHOSHA is Mongolia's premier mystery box platform where you can open boxes containing real products from top brands. Every item you win is a genuine product that can be shipped to your address or instantly sold for wallet balance.
Registration is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button, enter your phone number or email, verify your account with the code we send, and you're ready to go. You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account.
Yes, you must be 18 years or older to use SHOSHA. We may request age verification at any time.
Yes! SHOSHA works perfectly on mobile browsers. We also have dedicated iOS and Android apps available for download.
Mystery Boxes
Each mystery box contains multiple items with different probabilities clearly displayed. When you open a box, our provably fair algorithm randomly selects one item for you. The won item is instantly added to your inventory.
Mystery boxes contain real products from popular brands including electronics, fashion items, accessories, and more. All items are 100% authentic.
Yes! Every mystery box shows the complete drop table with exact probabilities for each item. We believe in full transparency.
Boxes are organized into tiers based on item value: Bronze (budget-friendly), Silver (mid-range), Gold (premium), and Diamond (luxury).
Battles
In battles, 2-4 players compete by opening the same mystery box simultaneously. The player with the highest total item value wins ALL items from all participants!
Cursed Mode flips the rules - the player with the LOWEST total value takes all items. Rolling rare items might work against you!
Yes! When creating a battle, you can set it to private and share a unique link with friends.
In case of a tie, all tied players split the winnings equally. Excess items are converted to wallet balance.
Wallet & Payments
Your SHOSHA wallet is a digital balance used to open boxes, join battles, and make purchases. You can add funds, receive balance from selling items, and withdraw to your bank account.
You can add funds using QPay, SocialPay, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards. All deposits are processed in Mongolian Tugrik (₮). Funds are typically available instantly.
Yes! Go to Wallet > Withdraw, enter the amount and your bank details. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. Minimum withdrawal is 10,000₮.
Standard accounts can hold up to 10,000,000₮. Contact support for higher limits with verification.
Items & Shipping
Yes! Any item in your inventory can be instantly sold for wallet balance at the listed sell value. The balance is credited immediately.
From your inventory, click "Ship" on any item. Shipping is FREE for all items within Mongolia. Items are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Delivery within Ulaanbaatar typically takes 1-3 business days. Rural areas may take 5-10 business days.
Once shipped, items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Report defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Provably Fair
Provably Fair is a cryptographic system that ensures every roll is truly random and cannot be manipulated. You can independently verify any roll's fairness.
Each roll uses a Server Seed (hashed before roll), your Client Seed, and a Nonce. After the roll, the unhashed server seed is revealed so you can verify the result.
Yes! You can change your client seed at any time from your account settings for extra peace of mind.

Rewards & XP
XP (Experience Points) is earned from opening boxes, winning battles, and daily logins. As you level up, you unlock exclusive rewards and features.
Share your referral link with friends. When they sign up and deposit, you both receive bonus balance!
Log in daily to claim free rewards including bonus XP, wallet credits, and mystery spins. Consecutive logins multiply your rewards!
Higher level players enjoy exclusive boxes, better sell rates, priority shipping, and dedicated support.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email or phone, and we'll send a reset link (expires after 1 hour).
We use industry-standard encryption. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security. We never store payment card details.
Yes, request deletion from Settings > Privacy. Withdraw balance and ship items first. Deletion is permanent.
