How to Return

Start Your Return

Log in to your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click "Return Item". Or contact our support team.

Print Return Label

Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Print it and attach it to your package securely.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any Mongolia Post location or schedule a pickup. Keep your tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

We'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. Use code EXCHANGE15 for 15% off your new order

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery

If you received a damaged or defective item, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damage
  • Keep the original packaging
  • Contact us at support@shosha.mn
  • Include your order number and photos

We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, sale items can be returned within 14 days unless marked as "Final Sale". Final sale items are non-returnable.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, return shipping is free for all eligible returns within Mongolia. We provide a prepaid return label.

What if I lost the original packaging?

While we prefer items in original packaging, you can use any secure packaging. Ensure items are well-protected during shipping. Missing original packaging may affect the refund if the item is damaged in transit.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned. The refund will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient, or to the original purchaser's payment method if they prefer.

How do I track my return?

Use the tracking number on your return receipt to track your package. Once we receive it, you'll get an email confirmation. Refund status is available in your account under Order History.
